WILL I HAVE MY CAP & GOWN IN TIME FOR GRADUATION?
If you ordered a cap and gown unit, you will receive your attire in a timely manner for participation in graduation ceremonies. PLEASE NOTE: Some schools choose to distribute the caps & gowns to the students, and those schools may not distribute the caps and gowns to the students until closer to graduation. Please check with your school’s graduation coordinator or senior sponsor for more information.

WHAT MEASUREMENTS DO YOU NEED TO ORDER MY CAP & GOWN?
We want your cap & gown to fit you properly. We need your gender, height, cap size and weight. This information is kept confidential and ensures a proper fit.

WHEN AND WHERE WILL I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Orders will be delivered to the school and will be distributed in early Spring. You will be personally notified as to the time and date of delivery. Graduation Announcements and Caps & Gowns are delivered separately. All Cap and Gowns will be given out at the school.

IF I DO NOT GRADUATE, CAN I GET A REFUND?
If you are not eligible to graduate you must contact our office prior to May 30th of the students Graduation year to request a refund. Late Fees and Handling Fees are NOT refundable. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.

HOW SHOULD MY GOWN FIT?
Your graduation gown should be at a length that falls approximately midway between the knee and the ankle. It should not go below the ankle, or above the knee.

SHOULD I IRON MY GOWN WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
NO! If you iron your gown, you can risk burning it. Instead, just hang it on a hanger for a few days, and if there are still any wrinkles in it, steam should take care of it.

DO I GET TO KEEP MY CAP & GOWN?
At MOST schools you do NOT keep your gown. HOWEVER, you will get to keep your Cap, Tassel, and Custom school medallion. Reminder: Take ALL family photos prior to the ceremony, because you must return the gown to us right after graduation
