WHEN IS THE BALANCE PAID OFF?
There are many ways you can make payments. You can make payments online at www.herffjonespalmbeach.com any time, or mail in the payment to our office or you can pay when the ring is delivered at school. All rings must be paid in full by the delivery date. Your ring will be held in our office for one year until it is paid in full.
WHAT IF I MOVE TO ANOTHER SCHOOL OR MY GRADUATION YEAR DATE CHANGES?
Herff Jones will make you a new ring, at no charge, in exchange for your original ring.
WHAT IF MY FINGER GROWS?
Resizing your class ring is done free of charge. Your LIFETIME WARRANTY will cover a re-sizing at any time.

Parents probably remember just a few designs with very few features. Today's student, with so many activities, wants to be able to choose from different styles, features, and stone options.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY CLASS RING OR IT IS STOLEN?
Herff Jones is the only company that has a replacement policy called LOST REPLACEMENT PROGRAM. The LRP Plan is available to you at no additional cost at the time you place your order. If your ring is lost or stolen within six (6) years from the date of purchase, you have the opportunity to receive a duplicate ring for a nominal fee based on the ring quality.
HOW DO I FILL OUT THE ORDER FORM?
We've enclosed an Easy Order guide to help you get started. Because of time, and to be courteous to your fellow students and parents, PLEASE fill out as much as possible prior to ordering. Leave blank any areas you do not understand. The 4 part order form has to be filled out to place one order. We will be happy to complete your order form at school.
HOW WILL I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?
We will size you when you place your order. You ring should be slightly "snug" as it passes over the Knuckle. Do not allow for growth; remember your Lifetime Warranty will cover a re-sizing at any time.
CAN I STILL ORDER A CLASS RING?
Yes! Rings take approximately 8 to 10 weeks to produce. To order and make your selections, we recommend coming to our office in Delray Beach.
DOES THE CLASS RING HAVE A WARRANTY?
All Herff Jones class rings come with a Lifetime Warranty. This warranty includes resizing,polishing, and buffing.
HOW I WILL KNOW WHEN MY RING COMES IN?
You will be receiving a mailer with the information of when our sales representatives will be at your school to deliver your ring, as well as the balance you might owe at that time
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF A RING REPAIR?
Ring repairs take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. If you have not heard from us after 6 weeks, please contact our Delray Beach office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE ON MY RING AFTER I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER?
All changes must be made within 72 hours of the order date. You must contact our office to make any changes. All cancellations must be made within 72 hours as well or you forfeit your deposit.
